Website Redesign & Online Booking System Integration
The Problem
Catio Bob The Builder had an impressive portfolio of custom cat enclosures, but their old website didn’t reflect their craftsmanship or credibility. The site felt outdated, text-heavy, and lacked a streamlined way for leads to connect. Booking requests were previously handled via a basic contact form, which led to delays, missed inquiries, and lots of manual back-and-forth.
The Solution
I completely redesigned the website to better reflect the brand's personality: fun, professional, and trustworthy. To improve the client experience, I also implemented an automated online booking system using GoHighLevel. Now, leads can instantly book a free estimate by choosing a date and time that works for them. No need to wait for a manual response.
Design Highlights
Replaced the old serif fonts with a clean, modern combo fonts for a more welcoming and contemporary feel.
Applied a minimalist layout that puts the spotlight on Bob’s colorful and creative catio builds.
Customized the headline font styling to give the brand a distinct, memorable look.
Used the logo's color palette to ensure brand consistency across the entire site.
Highlighted completed projects and customer photos up front to instantly build trust and inspire new clients.
Integrated more than 1 Call-To-Action Buttons for familiarity and lead magnet.
